I seen it, wasn't impressed. Very staged. Nothing like how it goes in the real world for us. Light hearted entertainment for adults if thats your thing. Bit tame and over scripted/directed in my opinion.

Swinging always seems to get portrayed negatively, as a bit of a joke, trying to make out it's wrong. Yet in reality it's practiced by a significant number of people from all walks of life, but no scandal makes for a boring program.

Lots of naive couples

A lot of the other people at the parties are paid performers by their own admission that are paid by channel 4

So it’s very staged and preys on naive couples who haven’t really talked enough

The wife and I watch it together and laugh x
