i want one on my leg but the pic i really like i dont think would look as a tattoo so i may just leave it 
you know when you know what you want and if you cant have it nothing else will do, i kind of feel like that about it lol i dont just want anything for the sake of having something |

I agree, i design soo many. I do like my koi fish designs.. The tail wrapping around my ankle. |

Do your research and find an artist you consider could do it justice then go and see them. and be prepaired to travel for what you want I've traveled 4 hours on a train to get some of mine in the past. |

Ive done this on a full sleeve, skulls black and white then the roses coloured! Still got the picture |

What sort of other tattoos do you have and are you going for a theme ? My legs are large pictures (skull, nun with a gun holding a jack Russell etc etc ) then the gaps are shaded in light greys |

I think people have them because they fill your arm up fast, you can get a full arm done in about 6 hours, its fast and cheap |

I want a proper Maori tattoo done. In the traditional method of hand tap, but it's really difficult to find an artist who can do it this way. And the traditional Maori tattooist won't tattoo a woman.
Hoping to find one at the London Tattoo convention this year. |

Agree totally I have both sleeves done one is Maori and the other is Celtic both have very fine pictures behind them. |

I got told the same thing for a cover up lol and although i like them on men wouldn't want one myself.
Ended up with a lotus flower and cherry blossoms with clouds and wind. |

I love the bio mechanical stuff, an ex of mine had a full sleeve in it and it looked fantastic, my daughter said it was to butch tho and put me off having any lol
If done well it looks so affective, there a corset one on google if you can find it, it's on a woman's back and has a really WOW factor to it |

Not everyone has a story behind each tattoo, I don't, all mine are just because I like them, I didn't get them off google I sat with my tattooist and told him my ideas and took bits of scrap paper in I drew odds and sods on lol and he made them into tattose for me but there's no story behind them they are just what I like and you can just as we'll find one you like on google |

But thats what I'm saying, if it a picture you like or have drawn yourself fair enough, but to copy a full sleeve thats been done before I don't get, as for Bio-mechanical I love it, and the corset mentioned I have that picture on my laptop somewhere along with others similar, they look awesome. |

I would say if they see a full sleeve they like and want to live with that's cool what is wrong with liking some fine art work and wanting it for yourself even if one or two other examples exist x
this said personally i prefer to be individual , many have said how good a Celtic arm band would look but even if i liked them too many others have the cliche for my taste x |

I'm surprised you have any room on your legs, all the tattooists I work with around the country have no space, either because they practiced on themselves during apprenticeships or got fellow artists to do them....nice clear skin....oh what a luxury to have lol xxxx |

My daughters boyfriends lower leg has had one where it looks like the skin is torn open revealing mechanical stuff - gear wheels, chains, rods etc. it looks amazing. Just a thought. |

however i cant understand why you would care about women on here not meeting you
They are done for you not anyone else and if someone likes you they will accept you for who you are, and if they decide to not meet you because of a tattoo then look for someone who does like them, there are plenty of women on here that would meet you
Ive been turned down for mine, i admit i am quite heavily tattooed for a woman, i have more than the pics on my profile show as both my arms was not finined and i now have two half sleeves, do i care if people trurn me down for them? hell no because i had them for me
People will always find something to turn you down for, ive been turned down for wearing glasses before, even tho i dont wear them all the time, you cant please everyone so just please yourself |

i love it, i already have a full back piece but if i didnt i would get that done, maybe change a few bits so its not a 100% copy but i think its amazing |

I have loads, but not what most people would call 'cool'. So I seem to put off both the 'tattoo friendly' kind of people and the people that don't like tattoo's at all.
Some people aren't bothered either way. Which is great because I'm me and I'm happy. |
