Quite often I have seen people who use "fake" pictures of people who bear a similarity to them, when these pictures are reported they are normally removed but the account is left intact.

There was a guy on here last week on here abusing everyone in a thread but 75% of his pics were from porn sites, yet he was allowed to stay ?

I guess im wondering what thought process goes on here when banning an account at what point does it get removed/shut down for fake pictures vs being allowed to stay ?

If people take they p*ss they should indeed be thrown off, with an IP ban if needs be.

This place is supposed to be for fun, not nutjobs

I've just had some of my photos removed and been threatened with account suspension because my photographer puts his copyright detail on my photos. If you look at my pics they are all clearly the same person. And I have verifications to prove I am who I claim to be. In fact a friend of mine came and joined me for the last photo shoot and has the pics on her profile which have not been removed. Cross checking would should we have verified each other. Bit silly really.

He wasn't left on, he was removed from the site.

As is proved on the last post, Admin deal with things their way. Some people get warnings, some people get taken off.

The problem is no one knows exactly what goes on behind the scenes and never see the work Admin do so assume nothing is getting done.

I will again paste what Admin do with reports on the next post ( I have done this three times in the last 24 hours) and you can see what Admin do with reports.

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

Admin

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******
