We sometimes block when we get a message and we know we don't wanna meet the person who messaged us .
It saves us and them a whole lot if bother in the long run  |

We also block people if they've put something we strongly disagree with on the forums and we know we don't want to meet them. Just makes things easier when searching |

To be fair I have blocked people on the sole basis of their forum posts. I just know that we would never get on. |
