"My partner and I enjoy fucking in front of the window so passers by can catch a glimpse.
Anyone else enjoy that?
I’ll be doing it again with her on Friday night if anyone is from Kent! "
I'd come to Kent especially! |

"No, I don't think involving strangers in your sex life without their consent is very appropriate but maybe that's jist me.
They don't have to look in your windows. "
No, they don't have to look. But maybe if their window is facing directly the OP window then they make it embarrassing for those people from looking outside their own window.
Or What if it is children looking? How can the OP control that?
This is the equivalent of flashing people on the street, at a supermarket or any public place where there's not an expectation of seeing nudity or sex.
Is it ok for me to masturbate in my garden when I see my neighbour is out in the window? She does not have to look, right?
Is it ok to have sex on a public beach or a park full of people around and passers by, according to the view that "people don't have to look"?
Just because there's a glass and the OP are indoors does not make it any different in my opinion. |

That's like mugging someone and saying they didn't have to hand over their wallet. |

No, it's not just you. We firmly believe that swinging is something we do with like minded people, not with random vanilla passers-by. |

Yes hotels at night in town centres are amazing.
We've done Milton Keynes, Berlin, Amsterdam. All had an audience |

Yes. If you do it intentionally it is illegal and constitutes indecent exposure.
"
You can actually be put on the sex offenders list….tread carefully! |

Might be worth bearing in mind that this is an offence under Section 66 of the Sexual Offences act.
If someone reports you to the police you could get arrested and prosecuted for Outraging Public Decency.
Apart from the possibility of getting a bit of time at HMP, you'll also be put on the Sexual Offenders Register, which tends to inhibit your employability.
If you want to put on a show, go to a club. |

"Been doing that at the Hyatt hotel in Birmingham and double tree excel dock lands in London.. photos and videos in our profile… it was so hot "
It won't feel so hot when someone complains and you end up in a police cell. And that's a very real possibility. I know someone who endured 8 hours in police cell for doing just this, and they only avoided prosecution because the witness eventually declined to appear in court.
Seems like fun, maybe. But could end in disaster - loss of job, being put on the Sexual Offenders register, and even prison. |

One I enjoyed very much was my ex was having a great chat via the window lent over with her close friend the curtain were closed my ex had a lovely bottom when bent over so I walked over held her hips rubbing my pelvis reached around undid her jeans button slowly pulling her jeans down then squeezing her buttocks rolling her panties down guided myself in she was caught out with few words as the conversation was going with her friend unsure if her friend could see the shadow behind the cream curtain |

I stayed in an amazing room on the 52 floor of the Shangri-la hotel in the Shard London! 3 sides are glass! At night London looks amazing! But it looked even more amazing with her hands on the window, my cock inside her pert ass! Oh and Tower Bridge below has never looked so good! I’ve stayed there twice! It cost a lot and honestly I’m not loaded but if you ever can afford it! I recommend it! Especially getting the room with the bath next to the window! But give the cocktails at £45 a shot a miss! ?? Also has an infinity pool with sauna enclosed in glass so you can look over London while sweating your cod’s off! Room 5001! I even remember the room! |

We've used carefully chosen locations based on full knowledge of the law and the consequences.
We're not exposing ourselves in a busy city centre, in front of a crowd, or flashing to a delivery person - as some people in these threads are admitting or suggesting. |

I think ‘full understanding of the law’ is a bit of a stretch. You do realise the law is about the alarm and distress caused to others. You’re butt naked with your head in between your legs on a public highway. A magistrate would hold you more culpable (from what you’ve shown on your photo) than if you had flashed a delivery driver

Which public highway is that?
Are you sure you don't mean the private farmyard? Note the off-road vehicle.
Who was there to see us? Nobody.
All quite different to fucking in front of a window in a city centre.
It's an offence when someone is offended and reports you. The chances of being reported when you flash for a photo in an entirely deserted rural location is zero. The chances of offending someone fucking in a window while on full view of passers-by in a city, rather higher.
No one here is forced to listen to the advice of those of us pointing out the law and the risks.
It seems not everyone is aware of the law, so we're just trying to help them realise exactly what risks they're taking.
Ignorance of the law is never a defence.
People might wish they had listened to these warnings when they're riding to a police cell in police van, and facing the prospect of prosecution and a lifetime on the sex offenders register.

Private farm yards more often than not have a public right of way running through them. Being a farmyard it will have other people working on it. Whether people are allowed there or not is irrelevant, you wouldn’t be able to argue your way out of lewd behaviour.
I’d put it forward that a dog walker with young children would be far more offended by stumbling across your semi naked ramblings. |

Good job we chose a farmyard we had permission to use then. Good job there was no right of way in the farmyard. For all you know, we might even own the farmyard.
Good job we could see for miles and were 100% certain we weren't going to be seen.
Repeat - it's only an offence if someone is offended, and then reports you.
Someone is more likely to be offended and report you if there are tens if not hundreds of passers by because you're fucking in a hotel window in a city centre.
Any more straws you'd like to clutch at? |

How could you know you couldn’t be seen? You had your head inbetween your legs
An offence has no connection with being offended; you could have been arrested for the same crime by the police whether someone was offended or not.
The CPS would far more readily pursue a case where you have been scantily clad /naked in public, mooning for a photoshoot than a couple having sex in a hotel room

No idea why you have such an axe to grind here, especially as you actually have a photo in your gallery of you naked outdoors!
Her head is not between her legs. Look closer. You'll see she's standing upright (and looking over her shoulder). Plus - the photographer also has eyes.
The particular offence we are discussing here (indecent exposure or outraging public decency) actually DO need someone to be offended - they both need a complainant who witnessed the offence - which is logically far more likely if you're fucking in full view in city centre hotel WINDOW. That's literally the letter of the law here. If you flash your genitals at a tree, it's definitely not an offence. |

If a policeman caught someone in an act of indecent exposure they would be arrested. No one has to be offended. Claimants are for civil cases not criminal cases.
You seem to missing the point of the entire post. It doesn’t matter whether you’re flashing in your private farmyard, on the highway or in a hotel room. Sex offences can happen anywhere. Whether you have your head between your legs or not.
You say no one has to take your advice but you continually lecture others on here with your hypocritical posts mis-quoting the law.

The law states you can be prosecuted for doing the act deliberately to get seen.
Sex or nudity outdoors is not actually illegal.
Being caught in the act by accident in a secluded area away from anyone else is very different to a hotel window in a city centre where you are know you will, and you obviously want to be seen. |
