So i love sea swimming, but have raynauds and get cold quickly, speaking to my doctor he's mentioned cold water immersion for fibro, has anyone tried this any hints tips greatly appreciated, anyone near weymouth go sea swimming? thanks in advance lou x

Love swimming in the sea and lakes , not bothered if it's cold . I'm used to it

I love OW swimming. Could you get some neoprene socks and gloves? Also Dryrobe or similar for post swim.

… that and a flask of something hot for when you get out.

If you get the ACTIO open water swimming app you may be able to find group swims and events to make it easier for you.
