I'm not shy, I would reply and see what's what if winks are exchanged. Quite often it was a fat thumb brushing the wrong bit of screen. No harm, no foul. |

"It really gets on my tits, that you receive a wink from a profile, reply saying thanks for wink blahdy blahdy blah and they don't respond.

They may be accidental winks. If you're using the Desktop site on a Tablet one touch and the wink is sent. It doesn't say "Are you sure you want to send a wink?". We've done it ourselves, so use the Mobile version now. |

Yes, constantly. We wink back if we are interested but do not message them. If they were interested in the first place we wait for them to initiate with a message, if they don't, then we know any message from us would have been wasted. |

This is the same for me, I'll wink back if they don't msg forget about it and move on, same if I wink someone first if they wink back I'll msg them. |

This is what we do too, but lots of times winking back does not lead to them messaging lol. Maybe they get a lot of winks and ours get lost in the pile……

You'll probably find it's the Man in a couple sending out loads of winks and messages, when (or if) He shows the Wife She's not interested. We've actually met Couples in person and the Wife had no idea they'd messaged us. |

If we wink first then get one back we always send a message thanking them and opening up the conversation.
If we get a wink and we like them enough to wink back we wait for them to send us a message, doesn’t happen often so yes it’s frustrating. |

Yes, this happened to me just the other day. The couple had looked at my profile so it was deliberate. I sent a warm but not pushy reply and nothing....The least they could have done was acknowledge that and say they didn't want to take it further. |
