I have this every couple of month, I turn days into nights and vice versa. Somehow I go to bed at 6 am and sleep until 3-4 pm. Today was another attempt at going to bed early, but I do have to finish my assignment first anyway, deadline is 7 am. So yeah.
I dunno why but my days and nights always seem to shift and I never get stuck with a rythm, no matter how hard I try. |
