Speaking from experience when a guy says "whatever the woman wants" screams to me that if it's not spoken about (and when I was a single and a bit wet behind the ears, wasn't always something I spoke about) you are quite happy to have unprotected sex and the lady you are with might be nervous to mention it as you have got right to the nitty gritty.
So perhaps maybe not have the attitude of "what the woman wants" because to me that says "if she doesn't say anything I'm quite happy to go and stick my dick in bare" and god knows how many more before that (I assume people test regularly if having bareback but doesn't always happen).

Entirely situational for us.
It all carries a risk regardless - and as long as you do everything you can to mitigate the risk then go enjoy yourselves.
For instance, we’d much rather play bareback with a couple that STI tested last week, than “safe sex” with a couple that tested 6 months ago.
It’s interesting that generally - our experience of the bareback community is that they are my much more conscious and active about keeping safe sexually, than those who are entirely delusional about what safe sex is and how to practice it.
I do wonder how many “safe sex” practitioner’s ask each other when they last tested and ask to see results? |

Earlier this year I got tested as was planning to meet a couple. However, day after I was tested ended up meeting someone from years before. So my results were from the day I was tested that's all.
Trust is the key word. Do all people tell the truth ? |

Bareback preferred if they have a recent negative test ! I wouldn't see the point in a meet with a condom you can't feel anything I'd rather have a wank than fuck with a condom but that's just my preference |
