Such mixed views... like I really take a lot from reading on others, but then also really hate the idea of being "reviewed"
I go through stages of hiding then bringing them back... yeah dunno. A full fence sit here |

We’d always write one for someone else, we’d like one back but it is their choice if they do that and if they publish. Would seem like a good idea to do them but each to their own. We have had guys not respond to ours, no biggy! |

I don't show verifications and never have, if someone wants them I'm happy to give but I'd prefer someone to meet me and like or dislike me and let's face it if someone said something that wasn't nice who'd show it anyways? |

For a guy who often drives to meet people, I find reading them helps me decide if they a genuine, safe to meet and gives me an idea of what I am walking into. I'd generally not meet someone who doesn't have them or they are hidden. I'm sure we have all got part way to a meet and thought, who is it that I'm meeting. Verifications colour our thoughts on who we are meeting so for me I think they are useful. |

I understand people wanting them they they don't have many (to show they're genuine) so we'll always verify other people.
Now we have like 50,were not too bothered about getting any more as it doesn't add much to the profile |

It's hard to be noticed as a male on fab. I can tell you that having verifications does make a difference. I guess they are at least one piece of evidence that you are not a numpty.
That's my practical reason for being pro verifications.
My indulgent reason is that I like them as little memory-jogs of good times spent. |

Thing is with verifications they are like a chain, from one person to another to another and sometimes someone on that chain makes you ewwww. Even if you don’t display, if you’ve given and it’s displayed your sex chain link is out there |

with the amount of fake veris being given out too they mean pretty much nothing now .. there are couples on here foolishly giving out meet veris when not meeting because they think they are helping guys out ...your not your just making it worse for others and yourself.. |

As we joined again we were grateful for our friends on here to verify us purely so we didn’t appear as newbies saying they had been here before. We do keep them private but the veri count can be seen so is reassuring that we’re real.

We’ve met couples and guys in clubs and adult cinema that are on here but have never bothered to verify us, we don’t chase them, if they want to verify us I’m sure they will and we always verify back if we get one, but life’s too short to get hung up about such things. |

For me as long as I have one or two on my profile just to confirm I am indeed a woman and I do actually meet people then I really don’t care if people verify me.
I do however need to sort out a meet or two soon so I can at least get the first couple of veries as I’ve only just come back last week after spending the last 3 years in Mordor (vanilla world) away from Elmadar (swinging world) I am however ready to see all the magical wonders of meets |

And half the ones I read are like repeats and made up- met people who have NOT performed like their reviews, nor does the size described match what I was met with  which was a huge disappointment, so iv learned to act like I'm on a date app find out my way lol |

Noone would choose to show their verifications lol.... The of "thumbs down" I'd press on pages for ghosting/ ignoring as close to an hour before a meet which depending on location could be as close as 15mins before I leave my home to go to said location. It's why I made a Snapchat for here so that I could verify at least real people in my own way.....   |

They can be useful to see what experiences people have had and if they were good fun to be around instead of just straight to the action!
It's also quite a nice record to go back to if we are ever choosing to take a cam play to a in person meet |

I prefer profiles with no veris showing or a max of 4. I ask if they want them but seems pointless really as a veri from my profile would likely put people off anyway. |

Veris matter to me, they show the guy is a meeter, not just a chatter. And rightly or wrongly what is written in them influences my decision too.
But this time on fab I've actively discouraged veris for myself as it just generates hassle from guys! Or worse judgement. |

I would've thought just having verification you don't need to see what is written as that is going to be between the two or more at times enough as the number of meets they are genuine the success rate and the bio is where the personality supposed to shine |

We don’t display ours and aren’t too fussed about getting them or giving them. The need to validate and show who we are meeting and what we done is no one’s business only ours and who we shared the experience with.
A lot of who we meet are of a similar mindset to us they don’t care about verifications.

We always give one after meeting, it just seems the polite thing to do. It's not always displayed by the recipient, and that's fine, it's their choice. We like to receive them, and consider them an addition to our profile, but we dont display them if eg it's overly crude.
I guess the more you have, the less relevant they become, but it is nice to occasionally look back over them, to act as a reminder of the fun you've had

I’m not a fan but understand the importance to some people … we all know people have the ability to find ways around them so I still like to be vigilant and verify myself as I get to know others and build the friendship / connection … I have personally been caught out by a so called verified couple  |

As most others guys have said, it’s difficult to get meets. Especially when new. This isn’t my fist time here but a new profile so it is just like starting out. A lot of women I’ve been interested in, I haven’t messaged because their profile (yes I read them) states they will block anyone without veri’s. I’m not looking to get verified just for the sake of it as I think that’s as bad as posting pics that are not of yourself or 20 years old. |

Other than verifying that someone is real (even that is becoming questionable) it seems pointless, as you get to choose which veris others see, and you’re hardly going to publish a bad one, even if somebody bothered to send you a bad review. Personally I have chosen to receive a verification solely to show that I do meet, and for no other reason. I certainly won’t be making the verification public, as the details are private and will remain so. |

Completely agree mate .it's a vicious circle . The majority of couples and single women profiles on here say "No meet verifications - don't message ". So how the he'll are us single blokes with no meet verifications supposed to get them if no one will meet us because we don't have any "meet verifications ". ?
I am still hitting the same brick wall after well over a year on Fab.i have read loads of profiles where I fit the general criteria of what the couple /single woman are looking for, yet I cannot message them because I don't have any meet verifications.
It seems as though ,although everyone started their Fab life with zero verifications ,a lot of people seem to have forgotten they relied on others giving them a chance of a meet to get their first verification. |

I read this week on another part of forums. A similar post to the OP’s. A female replied who said straight males yes have a lot more difficult time on Fab compared to say females ,couples. She used the meets page to give her point. There are most probably say 50 male meets listed to if any single say female.
Her point was if the female was say Quasimodo’s twin sister . She would still be getting loads offers to meet ? |

Doesn't bother me either way. I've never had or given play related veries and a few people I've met socially have chosen not to display my verification while others haven't given me one.
I'll always write one unless specifically asked not to but if someone has to be asked for one it's not worth the effort. |

We are more interested in the verifications given by the people we are interested in meeting rather than the verifications they have received. The verifications they have given in the past provides clearer indication to us of their true character and intentions. For example impersonal, poorly written verifications only talking about their own skills, massive cock and how much she loved taking it are a complete turn off and suggests lacking in confidence and own belief along with selfishness and a narcissistic personality. In addition verifications where it’s just the female half of a couple who has received all the attention (from other couples/parties/ clubs) indicates a imbalance which is not the dynamic we are looking for. So verifications work in two ways for us and we find them very useful in determining if they are aligned and share similar values and desires to ourselves. We want everyone involved to enjoy and pleasure each other. Not stroke one person’s ego where we don’t get experience and enjoyment we are looking for. |

We like them and always try to put thought into any we leave.
We don't hide any from ours. We also don't mind whether people prefer not to display or ask us not to leave one. Likewise, we don't mind if we aren't left one either.
It's a great tool, when we first joined, we used them alot to find people and they've led to lots of mutual acquaintances and meets. |
