I can't say I've noticed it.
I remember some years ago, joining a website, without thinking about what details they may want.
When asked for a username, I wasn't ready and was totally stumped, I looked around me, noticed a console game and chose a section of the games name for my username.
It wasn't even a game I chose to play. 
Maybe something like that happened. |

Imagine how disappointed people are when I turn up and I don't even like electronic music, am not a blue hedgehog and barely sound like I'm from Birmingham these days.

I would argue that some women are attracted to a man because of what he drives,if it represents power and possibly wealth. They'll never openly admit it naturally especially not here where we are all only interested in personality .

lol yes definitely some in that camp. I had a colleague/friend with an Audi R8 many years ago when they were new and rare who rather crudely nicknamed it "The Leg Spreader" and it wasn't just wishful thinking.
At the other end of the scale I had an Aston Martin and my girl friend at the time thought it was crap and looked like a Toyota Supra. |

We've had all sorts of cars including one that cost £50 . People treat you differently in an expensive car. |

Personally, I wouldn't choose a car name as a user name, but then I wouldn't choose a piece of clothing either! Mind you, I find mini skirts more appealing than cars!

Like yours, our username is pretty descriptive. It says what you'll find in the tin, as it were.
So they're not so different.
And maybe a man using a 'item of clothing' is a bit different to a woman doing so.

I'd agree if you were both going to wear a mini skirt. But honestly, I don't mind your username.
I can't get too irked by a car name when there are so many "Gut Stretcher" "Spunky Fucker" and "Clunge Splitter" type names out there. I use those as a filter!
