How can we explain someone or a couple that society implies is sexy but in real terms is a bit meh!?
When there are those who may not turn heads but have a twinkle in their eye that make us go weak at the knees x |

It's all subjective. You could quantify via beauty standards and popular recognition, but it doesn't really mean anything when everyone perceives differently.
The people I see and immediately want don't have that effect on everyone. And the people famously hot don't necessarily inspire any lust in me. |

There is a basic level of attraction from ones appearance.
What's much harder to quantify is that tinkle you get when you chat to folks in a club... Where the conversation just works and you respond to the connection. That's much more complex and deep |

"I'd rather the twinkle if I'm honest.
If someone is hot and they know it it's kind of a turn off.
Sense of humour over look anyday "
Exactly this.
Give me great personality and humor any day, that generally makes someone attractive to me.
I can't get attracted to people without getting to know them a bit 1st.

No it can’t be as it would need to be an absolute to be quantifiable. As others have said, sex appeal is subjective, and as the saying goes, “there’s someone out there for everyone”. It’s finding them that is the difficult part. |
