Yep, breeding is a thing! Done it with my wife, both of us were begged by a friend to let me get her pregnant and I’m currently planning to get another friend pregnant. To me it's just code for I don't want to wear a condom. For anyone that gets off on producing kids as a sexual kink, I just can't comprehend. I think - in the sense of aiming to impregnate a woman - it exists, but my sense is it's relatively rare.
It is something I've been offered many times and it's not for me.
