I read "The Diceman" (Luke Rhinehart) years ago and it got me interested in games of chance with wildly positive and negative outcomes...
It feels like a kink to me, do games of chance form the core of many people's play? |

"When it comes to your health, wildly negative chances are not where you want to be IMHO."
Was thinking more of things that are a punishment rather than a reward.
More truth or dare than Russian roulette... "The Deer Hunter" is great film though! |

I played a card game called mao, where the winner of each hand (first to get rid of their cards) got to make up a new rule. They couldn't describe the rule to the other players only follow and enforce it.
It seemed like a good game to subvert... |
