Firstly I am not new to joining couples for MMF meetings.
Over the years have had many ebnjoyable and friendly meetings with nice people.
One question always remains in the back of mind and that is.
What happens if a wife or female partner is being forced against her will to participate in such pastimes.
How does the unsuspecting male who meets them and participates in sex stand.
If it is unknown to him that the wife has been bullied into having sex acts with another man(me for example)
Am I a party to a crime, can I be pursued by the law after what seemed like a perfectly acceptable liason.

You can only act on what you observe. Obvs you can't know if there is some long term patterns of manipulation/coercion and people's relationships are intricate, there can be way more than meets the eye.
But on the surface at least, did you have adequate signs of consent? Did she look&act enthusiastic to take part? Did she have specific requests or things she said no to, could she voice these desires or aversions and were these requests and blocks followed on/respected? Did she enjoy herself and say so? (Noting that this one's a tricky one to establish, most guys think&like to think any vocalisation is a sign of intense pleasure. So seeking some actual verbal feedback from the woman herself can be helpful here).
Excuse if I misunderstood you but I find it a bit questionable that your main concern is if you're liable for prosecution. It's almost like you are certain you've taken part in nonconsensual acts and fear liability. But in any case - prosecution is low and conviction even lower so I hate to say chances are you (or anyone in such a position) are safe / can get away with it (delete as appropriate). |
