As soon as you see a thread with a title like this you know the poster is going to be well built. It's horses for courses but I don't like too big (muscles, I mean) |

Joel, it's not just size. Your definition (in parts) is good but you lack symmetry. You're way too bulky : lats too big compared to your out-of-proportion delts & your waist is also too thick-set. Stop doing the exercises you enjoy and work on your weaknesses for a year. 6/10.

I love a big muscle man...the mr used to be huge but he is just right now not to big but still big enough...I like it i think because im quite amazonian built so like bigger guys.
My ex was 19.5 stone when competing and all of it muscle,its each to their own really i guess. |

I used to be obsessed with muscles and bodybuilding, till I learned just how much of the information I'd spent so many years reading about in the muscle comics/supplement catalogues was all bullshit. These days I stick purely to strength training, and hold the olde time strongmen of 100+ years ago as my inspiration - check out some pics of guys like Arthur Saxon, Hermann Goerner and George Hackenschmit sometime, these guys were half the size of the bodybuilders of today, yet vastly stronger. |

Just joined a muscle gym. They can't make me out, so let's keep it that way. |
