Around a year ago I met a couple in a club and they came back to mine where we had lots of fun. That was it didn’t keep in touch but 2 months ago they got back in touch, the couple are from Europe and he doesn’t speak much English so the mrs messages me.
They keep asking to meet and when I agree and we sort out a time and date they don’t turn up, message to apologise or anything. At first I messaged back and they made some apology but they then will do the same a few days or weeks later after the 3rd time I thought sod this.
I haven’t ignored them I just keep going along with it and now I don’t know if I’m been childish but I was going to give them a fake address to piss them off if they ever did turn up.

I tend to agree with all the others commenting
At the very least they show you no respect and at worst are having some perverse pleasure in playing you along

Once or twice, with decent communication is just about acceptable, any more and we'd question making any more arrangements.
Without any communication, letting us arrive somewhere and not showing? Immediate block and move on.
Things happen, and meets fall through, but it takes 30 seconds to message and let someone know you can't make it. I see very few excuses for not communicating a cancellation. |

They're playing a game. Once is understandable at times but not with out prior notification otherwise its just plain rude. Second time it's a block with damn good reason and being someone we have met before. |
