Sleeping with someone at work
Jump to: Newest in thread
I can't in all honesty tell you not to because we met at work 43 years ago and here we still are, sleeping together. It can work out depending of course if you want to get married, have two children and be together 43 years. . If not, don't do it! |

Years ago I had a short fling with a guy I worked with, many people thought there was something going on way before anything happened so when it did nobody was any the wiser, it was just a bit of fun and petered out after a short time with no bad feelings |

Yes I have done, with a colleague I found on here.
I don’t know if I’d ever do the old school “office fling”. You know, flirting that escalates… seems like a recipe for disaster.
But via here it’s different - you both know the rules and nobody else in the office is going to find out. |

It was a summer boat work party last year. Met a woman. Had a fantastic few weeks dating casually. She did not like giving oral. It was easier to let go... |

It can be a dangerous thing to do - for all sorts of reasons.
But having said that, we know couples who met at work and subsequently got married.
So it's probably all about who, when and why - rather than just the where. |

Statistically you’re more likely to meet your life partner at work than anywhere else, so if you’re both open to that then why not?
The key is that you both have to be on the same page, and if it’s just sex, and either of you catch feelings, then you have to be honest about it. If it all goes tits up though, it will be an absolute nightmare. |

Remember, you can lead a horse to water but a pencil must be lead!.
Oh sorry, I meant to say "don't drop plunkies where you work or they'll stick to your shoes!". Bad juujuu, don't do it, it'll bite you when it goes wrong!
Peace and love to all. |

I've done it a few times. Usually work after work nights out and too much booze. Always been good sex I think because there was an underlying lust/attraction and some flirting in the workplace leading up to it.
Almost always one or other party hasnt been single but never had any issues and always repeated a few times afterwards. |
