I've never organised one, so I can't tell you about organising it yourself from personal experience. I have been to a few privately organised ones though. The main thing that always rears its head is no-shows. Be prepared for a large number of them. This experience is backed up by many threads about gangbangs here.
I used to organise private parties with someone. When we did that we used to invite around 50% known to us reliable people and 50% new (or newer) to us. That helped a lot for parties - maybe it would help for gangbangs.
I have accompanied a number of women to greedy girls events at clubs. This can work pretty much as a gang bang, particularly if you can park in a room and let in the number of men you are comfortable with. This has the advantage of a ready source of men who are *already there* and can lead to awesome gang bangs with little admin effort. Some people don't like the lack of control that gives you over who has turned up on the day but I would argue that you do still absolutely have the right to say no to anyone and, if there are a good number of men there, you should have decent choice.
Another option is to outsource the organisation bit. There are a number of profiles on fab that offer this service - hopefully some in your area. I have no experience with this though, so I can't advise.

I would suggest a greedy girls event night at a club.... then you're in a safe environment that's as easily controlled as possible and also you don't have to organise yourself and don't risk the drop out rate in men.

We found organising one at a club can be difficult as everyone attending will have to be club members, so the extra cost of that to the men will put a fair few off. Good luck |

This is the best site, by miles. It's hard work organising via lots of individual men. Try some established groups.
Best option is to use clubs and men there. You can always invite guys in advance, to meet you there |

I would go for a club. Lots of clubs have nights which are focused on group/gangbangs. Tge benefit of this is that you are in an environment where you can comfortably hold it and you will have males (who you can cherry pick to join you). Some clubs will also have staff members who can keep check that everything is running safely (condoms and only invited males); letting your other half enjoy the fun too |

Once did this in a club for a birthday kink
Got to admit started off with 5 guys and got out of hand attracting another 7 men all wanting a place of the action
After 15 minutes had to cut it short
Because got out of hand

We used to use here, my fwb used to organise it,
He did it all from checking they had been tested and making sure they were genuine to organsing a hotel,
Always used to invite more than we needed because 90% of time half would be a no show, we had 12 turn up with me on my own and when we had 2 women we managed 18 guys in the hotel room haha
Worth it when it all works out and then you know which ones are worth inviting back  x |
