Apparently it involves training your gag reflex not to respond by putting your toothbrush at the back of your throat a few times a day "
I’ve tried this many times and have failed to make any progress. I just continue to gag more violently. So frustrating

On a serious note, please don't put a toothbrush down your throat. Dysphagia will absolutely fuck up your ability to swallow solid food as an older adult.

I am not the person to say how, just reiterating that forcing a toothbrush down your throat is likely going to cause issues. |
