Yes.
They both seemed nice and experienced and totally up for it, once the action started picking up the guys face got reder and reder and very angry looking, he went mental and went for me and I was running around the room naked with my boner bouncing around trying not to get my ass kicked, picking up all my clothes whilst his Mrs tried to calm him down... judging by the way she was talking this had happened before.

Yep not so uncommon especially for people who are relatively new. Also the other way around with couples where is mostly about the lady having fun and she doesn't want him doing much. One reason why like veris as can get good idea as to the couple dynamic beforehand. |

I hold a different view. I don’t have much appetite to be with another man but do have a considerable appetite to be with a woman. I don’t think that warrants my swift removal from the swinging world. Just that we will have a much reduced pool of people who might be interested in us.

I've had a few absolute rippers.

Many years ago, with an ex partner, was an interesting experience.
Full swap with another couple. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and he spent days being furious with me after it becuase I wasn't jealous he had fucked someone else.

another reason we dont meet couples online .... the jealousy is very real in some and its not always just the husband .... these very one sided couples have slowy become more and more ... from mild to raving loons
there was none of it when we first started over 30 years ago but now best way to meet a couple is club easy to see then how together they really are ... also met lots of jealous singles who mix swinging up with relationship or more they are just as big a pain in the ass ... no room for this in swinging your either in or out not half way... oh and i can totally understand a newbie couple as its new to them to work out asap ...jealousy has no room in swinging |

We've not experienced much of this over the years. More so when we were new, often bumping into likewise new couples before our spidy senses developed with couples. However in our experience it's been more the women who have got cold feet than the guys once things have started.

The other way around for me. Experienced a very jealous wife.
Couples just don't do it if there is any hint of jealousy. Not worth the upset and the negative feelings you inflict on the other people joining you. |

This seems like a naive attitude to have.
It's not possible to know how you will respond to every situation in life, until you are in that situation. We haven't experienced the male becoming jealous, but we have with the female. She became quite upset. You know what we did? The sensible, grown up, compassionate act of stopping, then reassuring her it wasn't an issue.
That was 5 years ago. They are still in the swinging scene nowadays, but only with single guys.
Sometimes people don't know their own boundaries, so they need to experience things instead. |

We are ourselves are new and as much as we can be sure how we will feel it may well be very different in reality... however if that did occur it would certainly be a polite inform we are not feeling it.
Don't write us all off 
Some couples just aren't open enough with each other before venturing down this avenue.
I assume it is mainly 'new' couples and first times that this has occurred with? Least then we can be careful of likely scenarios .

This happened to me a few years ago. We met a couple on holiday and clicked like we'd known each other for years, so on returning to the UK we arranged a night out, after a few drinks the girls got a little flirty and put on a show for us. Sounds like people have some real horror stories! Hope nothing crazy like that happens to us. I don’t see why people can’t just stop the play if someone’s unhappy or getting jealous. It’s quite easy, although awkward, to put a stop to it and get back into your comfort zone.

Like others have said, you can never be 100% sure how you will react the first time you see your partner being fucked by someone else.
The first time we agreed to do a full swap we were nervous about whether it would be for us and whether that jealousy would be there, but fortunately it wasn't, and we enjoyed seeing each other play.
Only thing I can be sure of though is that if there was jealousy it absolutely wouldn't have resulted in any violence. If your first reaction is aggression or threatening behaviour then that's a massive red flag and to me suggests something in your personality that means the threat is never top far away from surfacing. |
