Possibly because you come up in their search every time , but when looking at your profile you are not exactly what they are looking for, its difficult to remember who you've looked at and who you havent. Or.... you have a very good pic that they like  |

"maybe they see your little avatar pic and think "have I looked at that person before?" then they click on you and think "oh yeh I have". "
We do that all the time, and being on my phone on here I've often clicked on a profile by mistake haha xx |
