That depends. Does old partner know new partner still has it.
Personally, I like hearing of sexual escapades, but when it comes to photo and video sharing, it should all be above board and with permission.
Put it this way. If my partner kept them without ex knowing, he would lie to my face and tell me he would delete them if we broke up. I wouldn't believe a word of it, nor would I trust him with any photos or videos of me.

what about the partner who made the tape with your partner does he or she concent to it being shown ??? dodgy grounds really and as swinger we should know better as the whole scene is built on consent .... all those new laws protecting ex's trhey are there for a reason...
if a ex of mine was showing other a video we did as a couple to others id have his/her's ass to the police 100% |

Personally I wouldn’t want to be in a relationship with someone who was willing to show me a sex tape of them with another partner without the consent of the other partner, nor would i want to be in a relationship with someone who was willing to watch a sex tape of me with another partner without the consent of the other partner. If i make a sex tape with someone I’d need to trust that person to never show anyone else unless it was made with the intention of being shown to other people or if I give my consent for it to be shown to other people. If my partner offered to show me a sex tape without the consent of the other partner then how do I know she won’t do the same with our sex tape if we ever make one?
But one of the most important things for me when I’m in a relationship is trust, knowing I can trust my partner and knowing my partner trusts me is essential for the relationship to work. Maybe trust isn’t as important for some people. |

Be a no from us, swinging is about sex and experiences, watching each other with somebody they probably loved and felt that connection too would be a bit much. We want to believe as coupled humans that the other person only ever has that level of connection with us. |

100% agree. You never keep pictures or videos of pervious partners without their consent let alone show anyone.
A lot of that is done for couples to watch themselves later. That doesn't allow you to use it as a highlight reel to show new partners.
On the other hand, if all parties are consenting and you are not the jealous type, do what you like. |
