This actually follows a thread in the Scotland forum but deserves its own thread (imho).
I send a few messages out (1 or 2 a week) and sometimes I get replies, sometimes they are deleted, sometimes they’re read and not deleted and I have 3 sitting unread right now.
The thread in the Scotland forum, briefly, describes women that are so fed up with shitey messages they just mass delete them or set them to block.
So, I’m thinking, how do I grab the attention of my messagee (made up word  )? Currently I try to open with something eye catching, refer to the messagees profile once or twice and end it with something resembling a “have a nice day”. I dont request replies and I never send another message after the first unless I have received a reply.
So, couples and ladies my question is: how does a single guy grab your attention with a message?
(Don’t worry about the eejits sending the shit messages learning trade secrets; if they can’t be bothered to read your profile then they won’t get this far on a thread started by a man in the forums) |

It sounds like you're doing the right things when messaging, there's not much more you can do. When we have single male filters off we would want to see they've read our profile which it sounds like you do. Good luck  |
