I bought a leather strap of Etsy that holds mine in place at night. Stops it pulling on my balls to bad when I get a boner
It's still painful but it's out weighed by the benefits of the cage ATM.
Don't waste your money on an elastic strap. Needs to be leather or faux leather but strong and adjustable. |
