Tell him not to lead with the fact that he is virgin.
If you identify yourself as one straight away it's likely to put people off... people don't want to be used as cherry popping device.
Gain a woman's attraction/attention/desire by being himself and when the time is right, break it to her... probably not right before sex.
But if the conversation of sex comes up, just causally tell her that you've never actually had sex before... if she's nice she will be understanding, but be prepared for some people to be put off... we all have our preferences.
If she likes him for him, it won't be an issue for her.
If it is an issue for her well that sort of sucks but shit happens.
As it is with everything luck will play it's part.
OR...
Just bare faced lie until you get what you want, fake it 'till you make it sort of thing.

As others have said, I'd advise him that Fab (and probably swingers clubs in general), aren't virgin hunting grounds with hoards of eager experienced swingers looking for someone to lay there all still and not be able to locate a clitoris or give anything in return. So make a personal decision to use what resources are available to get good at sex without having sex, or at least competent, confident and respectful. Learn how to take no for answer without brooding about it for months. Be prepared to enjoy things for what they are and not be disappointed if sex doesn't happen. Cleanliness and hygiene are good things to focus on too and not just a doff of the hat to them on the way out of the bathroom. Clean the fingernails and trim or shave where needed. Get some good photos, have a sense of humour and a personality. As for me, I'm just lucky ha ha.
