I refer you to the answer I gave the right honourable gentleman about bum sex....
It'll be split roughly 3 ways over the female population,

Well apparently there are 7 billion people in the world, 50% of which are under 18, so count those out.
3.5 billion, and roughly half are women.
1.75 billion, so if roughly a third don't wear knickers for work
Magic figure of 583,333,333 and change.
(This is using the USA version of a billion being a thousand million and may not be an accurate representation of women who go commando)

It depends on what else I am wearing
I have one skirt, that shows vpl, so I dont wear any underwear with that skirt.
It also depends on the weather, if it's tights weather then knickers for me  |
