Not on here, but on another site I saw one of my niece's school friends who I knew to be 15. I sent her a message advising her it probably wasnt a good idea to have a profile on an adult website. She deactivated her profile shortly after. |

Hard to tell really, I look like i am late teens both in my body type and face, but actually in 20s, so even if you think someone is underage, they may not be! |

last year i met a 20 year old and i said to my hubby afterwards that he looked like a kid and he said, they all do at that age.
its because were so old.  |

There was one girl who used to pop up in my local updates with a "suggestive" name with pics that did make her look very young.
"She" was constantly making over-the-top status updates and was never verified so I assumed "she" was fake  |

Not really looking for 18 year olds, so never noticed. I'm sure there are some though, the sheer volume of profiles makes it an inevitability.
Just pass them by, not as if you can report them as some people do look young and you'd need more basis than just a picture |

Firstly Going back the OP
We all need to have our wits about us when it comes to meeting someone for many reasons, but mainly sex; its true that there are lots of "jail bait" people around which is down to thier sexual awareness; i might be 50 now (see comments below); but i can still recall when i became sexually active in my teens; and could not wait to experiment as much as possible - so its not suprising in this age; that both men and women are sometime hood winked/lied to in order for a younger person to have sex...hence why its even more vital to exchange lots of messages / calls and a social meeting first of all. 
Picking up on "saying one thing but profile another" surely thats even more common on here than anywher; which i cant quite fathom out ??? Why they do it |

Recently I've seen one or two profiles showing an age of 18 or 19 but meet verifications from 2010. Not sure how that works. |

I saw one that I knew was underage but they were removed fairly sharpish. I know there is a one on here who has taken 15yrs off their age and has been reported but nothing gets done, just makes it look like they don't care. Imagine meeting someone who is say 40 on their profile and finding out they are closer 60... |

Noo we have the opposite problem. The photos posted tend to be old ones taken in Majorca twenty years ago. So when the 'parents' of the couple enter the pub it can be quite a shock.  |
