Any couples here practise CNC?
An approach to relationships wherein people can have more than one romantic or sexual partner at a time, and everybody involved is aware and enthusiastically consents to the dynamic.
Suits many different relationships. Swingers included.
Wondered if anyone has any success stories or anecdotes? |

Sorry I meant CNM not to be confused with consensual non consent (CNC) as I mentioned in my original post in error. Two diff things entirely! |

Think what you're looking for is also called Ethical Non Monogamy, also falls under one of the many forms of polyamory. There are so many variations any dynamics for polyamory. The best description that works for us is "relationship anarchy". One really helpful book and associated website titled More Than Two by Franklin Veaux and Eve Rickert. |
