Honestly if my friend asked me to set her husband up I'd walk away from both of them, nobody needs that kind of behaviour in their life.

Go for it and dont say anything to wife.. in which case your a knob and deserve the repercusions. But dont deserve the wife. 
Tell the wife that shes flirting.. Might not be a set up but. if its true that you have shared them both before then she may say shes up for it again.
Or ignore it completly tell her your married and want to keep it that way so to leave you alone  |
