Not really. Lots of people including me don't want others to know they've been viewed because not every view is intended as positive.
There already is a filter for people you aren't interested in. It's called the block button. |

I have, just seems like a logical step that if you can block msgs to be able to block views as a whole. Rather than blocking each indivdual view. |

There are a few ways.
If your pictures are fairly fresh, they can be viewed and fabbed directly from the 'new pictures' section, or from 'local updates' and, of course, you have to consider how many on the site browse in  mode |

If they're pestering you with messages I can understand but viewing and fabbing? |
