I've always identified as switch and in the past leaned more towards Dom but recently realising I'm much more on the sub side than Dom side. I think I've just had very submissive partners in the past so someone had to be in charge in the bedroom.
The problem is I really don't have sub energy, and feel weird identifying as a sub because I don't relate to expectations of subs. Maybe 'kinky bottom' is closer than sub but I've also found myself domming from the bottom in the past which isn't good for anyone involved.
What's your own dom and sub experiences and how would you approach this? |

I guess it very much depends on what you sub energy means and what you perceive as expectations of a sub are. No two subs are the same, so I don't particularly like to define what a submissive is. I don't particularly follow the stereotypical version of a sub, but then again most of the subs I know don't either.

The only true thing about me, is being truly annoyed if I'm questioned about being a true sub lol |

Well said. Everyone is different and in the same way no two dommes are alike, neither are any two subs.
What matters is what works for you and the person you are serving |

Hmm I think that last line hit the nail on the head. I hate the idea of 'serving' someone. |
