I can't decipher text speak.
In the good old days when you had a limited number of characters per sms, fair enough. But with autocarrot and predictive text, it doesn't take that long to type a message? |

The latest message just said “Hu” , I didn't know if she was clearing her throat or trying to say something , apparently it is short for How are you ? |

Because I don’t have a clue what they’re saying. Someone messages you and all it says is Hu ? seriously Hu . People can make an effort |

I belive it was good when we had to send message from basic phones text talk helped to save time typing long messages, but with smart phone it is absurd, maybe lethargy forcing some people to use  |

We used to ask for a translation but often that didn't make sense either so we just delete now. |
