I wear the steel ring type various widths. Wear them all the time only removed to shave cock and balls every other day then back on. Never had an issue. |

I also wear a large metal one on a semi regular basis for prolonged periods. The metal ones do t constrict the blood flow until you get hard, unlike the silicone ones which constrict the blood flow all the time. |
