At the absolute lack of quality in introductory emails.
I've been here nearly 2 weeks and received over 300 emails. Hardly anyone reads the profile, nearly every email is a single line like "hi hun how r u?". I've replied to exactly 2 men!
I wasn't expecting the world, but I'm utterly shocked at the lack of single men who make the slightest effort.
Surely such emails can't work with anyone? Am I being picky? Should I be shagging everything that has a cock pick and can bang out one line?

Unfortunately, a lot of men bang out one liners and the reason is because they type with their cocks. I get them as well including a guy in an Arundel hotel who wanted bi action but his profile said straight....I always come up with some witty and amusing repartee then block them. But it's weird isnt it? I don't want to liken it to applying for a job, but you want to be picked, right? You want to make an impression that makes the girl think "hmm yeah".
It's like 99% of guys here don't actually understand that. |

Hurrah for the 1%! As I have on occasion said in here, I don't find stupidity and ignorance attractive and I can't believe many people do. It's like fishing, you cast your line loaded with bait and sometimes there's nothing, sometimes a ripple of excitement that comes to nothing, on occasion some toddlers that get set loose and then a good catch. I might do a bread analogy next time. |

I dont send many messages but when I do I make an effort to make them interesting.
I responded to one profile from a lady- I had read the profile, I fit her requirmenst and I was local.
The profile asked for a nice long chatty message, with face pics not cock pics.
I spent a while writing her a message and mailed it off.
Ten minutes later, i checked, message deleted.
I know why some guys send short messages, why spend time preparing something which you think fits the bill when you get the same treatment as as one line 'can I fuck you' message.
Would be nice if when you made an effort you at least got a nice 'thanks for the message, but no thanks'.
(I got one last week from a couple and it was nice to be respected).
Or am I dreaming - again ! |

some people are there to block .. id guyess a few blokes dont appreciate a little etiquette in swinging and instead you the 'ill mail you as often as I can to work my way into your pants routine'.
As a tip, if they arent verified within the last 6 months - they are not actively seeking, if they dont show any decent picutres - they are flirting with the idea behind wife/gf's back.
Uusually grey faces dont attract much attention - though - your profile is good lol |

I try and do this. If someone puts together at least a paragraph in english and I check their profile and it matches my req's, I'll send a response.
But in the defence of auto delete - when you've got 40 to delete, it's more than possible to get trigger happy and delete the wrong ones. This website is barely state of the art. |

I'd hope that my experience is pretty much that of other guys on the site.
My messages are usually two to four lines long, that without going into depth act as an introduction. I have also, on occasion sent messages that are much longer, particulary if I am especially keen on the lady concerned.
Irrespective of message length, I, at a guess will get a reply to one in every ten that I send.
Whilst I appear new, it is a replacement profile for one I'd had for several months in 2012, and my experience was the same.
Alas, I think in time, one gets weary, sending so many messages with no return. |

I dont doubt it, but it's a vicious circle. You get tired of it, so reduce the quality which in turn means you absolutely don't get a response |

Having read this forum, I have just sent three messages to ladies on the site. Lengthy, tried to make them interesting, and hey, I openly admit, maybe I am just too boring! Enclosed photographs.
Result? Well "Deleted" of course!
I do realise every woman on this site gets many many more messages than guys do, perhaps that's the real issue. But it does get disheartening. |

Our best message so far has been the man visiting the area who asked us to book into the hotel he was staying at cause he wanted a bit of fun!!!!!!!!
Personally we hate 1 liners and delete. If they can't be arsed then neither can we. Those that send polite messages of a paragraph will always get a reply! If they match our requirements we tell them we save their message and when we want a single guy we go through our saved messages and choose! |
