It does depend on why you do enjoy dressing, but you could bring up idea of what were those right circumstance’s for both her and you and if she wanted to explore together?
You could then suggest the scenario where you would want to be dressed to feel ‘sexy’ or ‘slutty’ or whatever reason you do feel and gauge her reaction. If positive slowly introduce more of your lifestyle as if you were just exploring. I always tell my partner about my dressing and if it leads to a break up then too bad. The caveat is, she doesn’t need to be involved at all or with whatever she is comfortable with.

could be more the looks are the maybe sucking a transvestite part and not admitting you might suck a mans cock after all you said she under the right circumstances would go down on a woman.
