Hi,
I was just thinking if anyone has meet there current or previous partners on the site? Was it good to have a partner that swang or the worst thing imaginable? |

I know to extremmly happy "couples" who met off here and they both love swinging scene thats what brought them together and in both cases they have moved in together etc  |

the way we all have such crazy lives it makes sense to meet your partners on the internet now I think. easiest way to find the right person really. and if this is what you are into, then surely this is the best place to meet the right person for you |

I met my current partner on here and although neither of us were looking for love it found us. Yes its working really well. I know a few couples that have met on here. |

Ive met quite a few partners off the net Ive only met one off this site that I moved in with. I wouldnt say it was love,we had a few good times. The sex and exploration was great. We never swung together I dont know if she was active behind my back. It didnt last but plenty more fish in the sea as they say.
Id rather have repeat meets than one offs because things get better or should with time. Good luck to all the succesful peeps that have met off here or anywhere and future meets/relationships |

I've pretty much had all my success through the net. Busy lifestyle means it's a lot easier.
If you're out in public you don't know who's already attached and just happens to be out with their mates. (Therefore you'd be making unwanted advances etc).
Online in the profile you have their sexual preference, what they're looking for and a little bit about them. Most of the time you are able to make a more sober choice before speaking to someone instead of garbling out a load of crap after a few pints.
Shyness comes on both sides and the online part allows people to get the opening lines/icebreaker part out the way quite quickly. If you find a couple of things in common arrange a drink in a neutral place and go from there unless you both notice an obvious click, in which case you can suggest other things quicker.
Online also opens up a world of people that you may not meet in town due to financial/personal issues. You might meet someone you like that you'd never see in town because they either can't get the child care that easily, or don't have the money, or when they do they pick the one night that you choose not to go. Etc.
As for fab imparticular. I don't think it would matter too much where you meet them. At least on here you know a little more about who they've met and what they've done via verification though people who don't use fab and just use PoF etc could still be sleeping with a similar number of people, except it's obviously more private in that sense.
Most of the people i've met have been repeat meets also so i've not been too unlucky in that sense. Sometimes it can be too time consuming looking for someone new so to do that every week would kill a lot of time. Not to mention first meets are always a little different so sometimes it can be a refreshing change to go and see someone you get on well with as a friend also. |

I met my partner on a swinging site (not this site thou), we have been together for 6 years and are getting married in a few days  it's wonderful neither of us set out to meet a life partner thou, in fact i definetly didn't want that but once i met him i fell in love and that was that |

Met someone special through fab, though neither of us are ready for a full on relationship, we have genuine feelings for each other and really care about each other, we are keeping it as friends for now. |

I met my partner on a different swinging site and its been 5 years. Occasionally I wish I hadnt met him on here as I know who he's fucked and quite frankly I wouldnt have gone near them  |

We met on another site 8 years ago and havnt looked back. Since then we have a house, 2 sons, a successful business and a sex life that neither of us thought would've happened with our previous partners.
Funny really as we only arranged to meet up for sex, but hey, thats life, and its great. |

We met on here just under a year ago. Neither looking for a relationship, just some NSA fun. Fell in love and haven't looked back. Both open to helping the other realise some of their fantasies. Nope, I abducted mine from a bar (Literally. Pirate fancy dress and everything!).
It'd be a pretty interesting way to meet though. It's a shared interest and a shortcut into talking about personal things comfortably in general |

We both had single profiles on Fabs but we met in a club by chance. The same scenario with most other posters, not looking for love but found it. We're both very happy and still enjoying this wonderful lifestyle
I know other people who have met the same way and it hasn't worked out (such is life) but there seems to be a common denominator. When they met they stopped swinging. Ultimately one of the two would want to carry on swinging and that caused the rift. |

we met on another site in a mfmf, with other partners. The fact that we are together owes much to the inability of our former partners to diferentiate between swinging and a relationship. Having both seen and experienced this, our relationship is about total respect, love and trust. We really are each others lobster in our hearts!! |

I wouldn't expect to meet a partner on this or any other site merely as I am not looking for a relationship.
The moment I feel a guy is getting too 'close' he's gone. I have no desire to hurt anyone.
Although I do have an fb I have been seeing regularly for the past 18months we both know what it is all about. We have fun, are good friends and sometimes socialise - but we are both single and free to do what we like. |
