I really don’t understand what you’re trying to achieve here. Not having a go just curious. Unless you’re gonna sort hotel and train (which is v unlikely) genuinely what is the point in wasting your time and theirs ?

Because people travel and have fun in different setups. Ofc I understand some ladies want regular locals, but I also believe in building networks and friendships.

Because people can be very interesting people to get too know build up a lovely connection and might be a possibility for either to travel some time in the near future....

Sometimes it's nice to send someone a message if their profile is worthy of it or, possibly they just want to message someone they think might want to just message, not sex talk just a nice conversation. I do however think that a lot of people (guys) on here want to be crude for wank material and degrade a lady which I hope isn't the case here.

Peace and love.

John.

I don't mind as much if its someome i've interacted with in the forum who wants to chat.

If they're absolutley miles away I find it a bit pointless,I prefer someone to at least be in the same half of the country as me.

I once had a bloke ask to meet me & he was in Dover!.

We've had visitors from Australia, New Zealand, and from the Midlands. We talk to everybody, you never know what is going to happen and let's face it on such a small country nobody is more than 15 hours away.

We won't play local all our meetings have been a fair distance away. She's more relaxed and comfortable knowing we won't bump into family and friends.

We like talking to others and making friends.

Some who we have talked to we hope to see at the swingaton. Others we may meet or never meet but we can still be friends.

We speak to anyone from anywhere. When we originally met on here, there were 100 miles between us, we made it work (somehow).

We do however travel the country visiting all different places on our “us” weekends, so we like to make friends everywhere.

We like to travel so it's always good to strike up conversations with people further afield. Obviously not for a regular thing but we have made trips to see friends on here and they have come to us.

maybe the person who contacts you is going to be in your area for a holiday and are trying to get to know you first there's no harm in sending a message explaining that you don't meet people too far away just in case they may be around your neck of the woods.

I will reply to any message to be polite even if they are not what I’m looking for in my profile and the last thing I look at is their location… distance shouldn’t matter and if you make a friend all the better…. And you never know you might be in the vicinity one day….

I once had a woman travel to Dubai to spend a long weekend with me. We'd previously met on a ski holiday and had a bit of a kiss on the last night. We wanted to take it further but I was living in central Asia.

The Dubai weekend was the start of something great for over a year.

I'm hoping a new friend is going to join me in Switzerland for a few days next month.

Both of these women live (or lived) in different countries to me, but boy, am I glad we chatted.

Because they could be planning ahead, for a time they are visiting your area with work, family get together, sports event etc? I set up local searches for an area I’m going to be in on a future date, as you just never know who might be looking for a cheeky hotel meet while I’m there…..
