Please recommend easy-access hotels for visitors in North East, Leeds and Manchester

Travel a lot around Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester and just want some suggestions for hotels I can book where visits can just walk straight up to my room without speaking to reception or needing a card for Lift etc

Manchester picadilly station hilton didnt require a room card for lifts... lifts are down a corridor to the right of check in desks. Its my go to hotel. Lovely floor to ceiling windows for flashing in.
