We got told that putting on your internal lights will likely attract anyone there for that.

You can often tell as they often do a reconnaissance lap of the carpark with their lights on looking in each car.

Windows up = watching only

Windows down = touching allowed

Door open = action available.

None of that is definitive and not a hardcore dogger, but that was what we were told.

So any corrections welcome
