I wouldn't enjoy a holiday with a stranger at all. It's the sharing of the bathroom I'm not keen on

I mean if its just a male and female then i guess 1 room is alright but if couple then i guess 2 room (maybe even next door to each other) would be ideal in my opinion

Couldn’t think of anything worse. Would feel awkward being with a complete stranger what if you don’t get on and thet were the complete opposite to you. That just my personal choice but everyone if different

When I'm on holiday I like to be able to say

"Could you get me one of those ice creams I like please?"

And the person knows exactly what I mean

I do understand where you're coming from, I personally think I am a socialable and non awkward person, i pretty much get along with everyone, its the experience and thrill that I like i guess

I'd rather spend a holiday with my nearest and dearest or close friends who know me well.

I can't think of anything worse. Sorry op, but it's my worst nightmare. I love the freedom to explore new places on my own and at my own pace x

Depends on how you holiday. I don’t think I would be compatible with two weeks by the beach. Give me excursions and city breaks.

It's not for everyone, but definitely im a thrill seeker who would love to try this, saying holiday, 2-3 days at most i guess

There's always options of getting another room or parting different ways if it doesn't work out, i feel like the only one who's into trying this haha

"Completely understand that, i would be too, loads of weird guys, but when you know someone is genuine, i guess its a different thing"

Then surely you would have to get to know that person to make sure they were genuine? But Then they wouldn’t be strangers

I love a solo holiday.

Maybe a holiday with a stranger if certain things had been discussed prior?

Still would call it a stranger as it wouldn't be a full blown conversation about everything, depends how you take it, i still think complete stranger would be a experience lol

Yh i think some things should be discussed prior to the holiday, but the thought of spur of the moment holiday with stranger really does sound thrilling

I'm of mixed thoughts

People saying it would be a nightmare, we adapt to our surroundings. OP has t said that you would be joined at the hip.

Staying in a hotel, well its not as if your on your own

We goto.clubs pubs, jobs and such places without thinking about it been a nightmare. I think there's alot of over reacting.

I'm not saying I would do I. Equally I wouldn't pass on a free holiday innthe sun either

I’ve been offered this a few times but it’s a huge leap of faith. Very risky and there would be little sympathy if things ended badly and if the worst happened, I can’t imagine Ben trying to explain it to my family and friends, never mind the Police

I’m leading a group trip starting tomorrow. 12 of us in total. 1 person I know, 10 complete strangers. Should be good fun though.

This is what group tours are. You get to share with a bunch of strangers. My experience of those is that you get along well with 1 or two people out of the 8-15 in the group and the rest to either tolerate or avoid.

A one on one thing would be too much of a gamble with those odds.

I prefer a solo trip where I can do what I want, and find a local to have a date with while I'm there if I fancy the company of a stranger.
