It can be a pretty confusing activity to get into, with lots of jargon to try to get your head around.
Stay away from cheap chinese kits you see on ali or fleabay, you get what you pay for regarding e-stim kit.
Do your research; there is a lot of info online in forums, Joanne's site and discord channels.
You will need a control box, a connection cable and two electrodes to form a circuit. Electrodes come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and control boxes vary in price and capabilities a lot.

Use my home made Estim kit about once a month. Made from a tens/ems unit, one 54mm cock ring that goes around balls and cock and 3 19mm stainless steel curtain pole rings all very cheap.
