Unless it has changed dramatically since I left 18 months ago, there are plenty of swingers in London, just as you would expect from a city of that size.
The only thing London lacks is clubs. |

I lived in London for a year and for a single male London is awful for swinging.
There is a demand for black and/or bi single men but that seems to be it. A lot of people seem to want to meet at clubs which is fair enough but some aren't exactly accessible to everyone.
Another thing that doesn't help is that most of the socials seemed to be held at Euekas in Kent! Oh well.
