There is a medication available for premature ejaculation and it is worthwhile discussing this with your GP if it's something that is happening often and impacting your (sex) life.

Personally I've always preferred tadalafil.
As for whether it delays cumming, somewhat I'd say but it's affect in that area is limited.
It's main benefit is the extra hardness; which can assist in going a second round if you have the stamina. And in a play meet scenario, what I've found is a huge benefit is that there will often be moments of pause which are unavoidable (looking for condoms, tapping out for a breather, or in one amusing case trying to find the clit piercing that you just inadvertently removed with your tongue). Tadalafil I've found is hugely helpful in being able to reliably restart after these scenarios.
I've never found it difficult to get hard. But I have found scenarios where if the action isn't consistent then my cock can get a little bolshy and demand that we just call it a draw :P |
