I'd ring the AA and ask them. Failing that, the Highways Agency could be your next port of call. Be sure to include as much detail as you can about your journey and it's purpose....
roads are dreadfull all over be sensible and stay in its realy not worth attempting to go out and the chances are the clubs will be empty tonite anyway
