Does anyone else find it really difficult to flirt with people before you have seen a face picture?
I can't be the only lady who needs to be facially attracted to someone before i can flirt, can i?  |

They are only words. Its a bit of wordsmithery combined with humour.
Flirting is just that until you see them, then it becomes more.
Telling someone they're hot after you have seen a face pic is far more of a commitment for a lady.
The guy will think you are serious, so I get your trepidation OP.
Before that, most guys assume its just banter.
Doesn't stop them pestering though. |

I have single men filtered out for that reason as I struggle to keep up with messages from the male half of couples

Not being able to flirt with someone you haven't seen yet is a bit negative.
You don't know you don't fancy them either!!
Julio Englasias said there is something beautiful about every woman and I believe that is true of men as well.
To be flirty I compliment that/those things and add humour. I never lie or over egg the pudding.
You aren't telling someone you want to fuck them. Just engaging in teasing communication.
