Just wondering if anyone else has gotten Cramp during sex before. And how you dealt with it

I was having a tinder meet and while we was having sex in doggy style i got cramp in my foot but just ignored it and kept going

I had it in my thighs.

It concerned me so I went to go and they identified a deficiency, so I’ve been smashing the multivit+mineral since, and it hasn’t happened again.

Magnesium is a key one for cramps.

I get it in the back of my leg, i have to pull out and dance round the bedroom like some kinda freak rubbing the shit out of it until i can carry on, providing my dicks still hard at that point lol

I sometimes get it if I point my toes, there is no way I'm carrying on until that cramp goes it's bloody agony

A meet i was with the guy fot cramp about 20 minutes in, he was on top of me & really good to be fair.

I pushed him off & said "let me take over", so i rode him until he was completely satisfied.

It was the least i could do after the performance he put in

Yep. Quite often get cramp in my calf or thing when bending J over. I usually have to stop for a sec as it knots my muscle too painfully. Carry on straight after though.

How do you ignore cramp? The pain is unbearable, it’s impossible to ignore. I’ve never had cramp during sex but I’ve had cramp in situations (like a meeting at work) where I have tried to ignore it but haven’t been able to, I just can’t imagine how it’s possible to ignore. And how can you enjoy sex while trying to ignore the unbearable pain of cramp?
