Do you only ever right a club review if it’s good?
We wrote club review last night but it’s not to make the club look bad it’s just how we felt about it. But somehow feel a bit bad about writing it. |

I've just read your review, it reads as an opinion not a criticism so fairs fair. I'm a pre lockdown regular visitor to Quest and it used to be packed every visit, I think lockdown has had a massive impact on the club being small it couldn't open up earlier like the bigger clubs and that has had an affect. It has always had friendly staff, they are a massive plus point for the club and this should be recognised but yes a concerted effort to bring the numbers back is needed, their new monthly socials should hopefully help. |

Yeah L said that before lockdown it used to be packed. The club its self is clean and friendly enough. Just needs to maybe spice things up to attract a mixture of ages we think and update some things. Especially the porn on the tv lol. I know it’s not a massive thing but if you are playing it people are bound to look at it especially if you are in a dark room like last night and that’s the only bright thing in the play room hahaha yeah we said we might give one of the Barnsley socials a go. It’s seems like it’s the perfect club to host a private party! |

To be fair I think we'd probably only a leave a bad review of the club itself was really bad? If it was a bit dead or whatever, we'd probably just assume we went on an off-night, but dirty clubs or rude staff would be something we'd wanna let others know about I guess.
Fortunately though we've never had a bad experience at any club we've been to, we've just got our favourites and ones that weren't for us personally. |

Yeah I think Quest isn’t really a club for us. We’ve agreed that we will only go if they do another Barnsley social or if we happen to meet a couple there we both liked. There are other clubs we like going to but we’ve said we wanna try new clubs this year! |

TBF the whole ckub scene has changed since lockdown and it can be hit and miss on any night in most clubs atm. All clubs are busy on a social event though. I've been trying a few out this year, socials are the best way to gain entry without high club fees if you're not going to be a regular |

These accounts all run social events in and around leeds/manchester/Durham the last one up in Club F was fantastic.
I'm going to the Leeds social too which I believe grants cheaper access to Pandora's afterwards.
I'm also going to a ladies only social in Manchester in July, that then heads on to a normal everyone welcome night at Cupids. There's plenty coming up, I just don't have the time  |

Only once, left a bad review in the spur of the moment then regretted it afterwards, would have revised it to average and put more reasoning in if we could. It wasn't really the clubs fault, but on that particular night the age range was so far above ours it felt more like a bingo night in an retirement home and we'd left pretty disappointed. All their other reviews are great so maybe just us, but I do think that people are inclined not to leave a bad review on fab for fear of being banned or something, which is weird, because in the rest of the world, pubs, shops, restaurants etc people are quick to moan and leave poor or average reviews. But there are almost none here on fab. |

Well that’s another thing you don’t see many bad reviews at all, like you said maybe scared of being banned or whatever. But I agree with the age thing. There aren’t many around our age that go. But we’ve tried it 4 times and still not come across people who look our age. All seem to be older people |

The club itself is great, bar on the ground floor, smaller/private rooms and the dungeon downstairs, then the open playrooms upstairs. You can also book a bedroom (not a playroom) and stay overnight.
The 1st time I went I thought it was rubbish, very clicky but that was years ago, recently had some great nights there and it has the old Quest vibe, lively, mixed ages/ sizes etc all friendly. It's definitely worth a visit as not 100's miles away from home.
