I did have one pierced I loved it, it was awful to heal though. I had to take it out in the end and now it's incredibly sensitive. Lot's of people have no issues though.

I've got a ring with ball on it, had a bar when healing but bashed it on door frames and when lifting heavy weights which I would hold close to my chest I caught it a few times so went for the ring |

I (Mrs R) have both pierced and love it however, you need people to u derstand that grabbing and twisting them just isn't sexy, that is just painful. Having them played with gently is really nice.

I got mine for aesthetic purposes. They haven't made my nipples any more sensitive that I can tell but I'm not a huge fan having my nipples played with as it is.

I really love my piercing - it didn't take long to heal, it looks good and makes me feel a bit... sexier. It's really increased sensitivity as well, to the point it's sometimes too intense.
Plus you can find some really cute piercings - I'm still on the look out for the perfect emerald piercing. |

I changed the barbells in my nipples about 3 or 4 weeks after I first got them pierced. The healing bit isn't sore - all it means is that until fully healed, the hole will close up if you remove the piercing, if that makes sense?

Got both of mine done about 7 years and I love them.
Having larger breasts and breastfeeding my babies really desensitized my nipples to the point I hardly had any feeling in them. But now, well, they have had a rebirth sensitivity wise.
My aftercare routine was using the little GU pots for salt water baths (knew I would get some use out of the buggers) and using an antiseptic spray and mepore plasters to cover them overnight in bed for about 2 wks.
Only issue I have nowadays is when I forget about them in the shower when I’m using a shower net puff…can be very ouchy…. So I tend to use exfoliating gloves in the shower now lol
I changed my bars after 4 wks… even tho they advised waiting far longer, but my impatience won and luckily I never had an issue.

Never had any issue with mine going away.. using sun creams etc.
maybe due to having natural salt water baths in the sea constantly helped.

I love to see ladies with pierced nipples and think it should be compulsory for membership to the swinging scene! Seriously though, I’m an experienced piercer and happy to chat about pros, cons, aftercare etc.

I love pierced nipples. My gf had hers done but they never really healed so she took them out. Gutted as they turn me on so much. Not complaining though. She has great boobs even without piercings  |

Had my nipples pierced over 25 years ago plus vertical piercings when I was heavily into Fetish clubbing. The verticals went long ago but the nipple piercings are part of me and will always be there. |

Make sure you do your research on who does the actual piercing.
A friend of mine had one done and she loved it, you could literally drag your finger lightly over her nipple and her eyes would roll back in her head lol
She got the other one done somewhere else and had the total opposite happen.. all sensation was lost 
She ended up having it removed and waiting about 2 years for it to fully heel. Later got it done with the same lady that did the first one and all was well again |
