The herbal ones are dodgy and unlikely to work. The modern drugs, on the other hand,are pretty effective and safe. The original Pfizer drug Viagra (sildenafil) is the most famous and blue, and sold over the counter at Boots. Sildenafil and other competitors like vardenafil and tadalafil are now off patent and inexpensive generic versions are available. These are not blue, so don't go by colour alone. |

Dave doesn't need it but we have found that he can be ready for round 2 much quicker on the odd occasion we've tried one. We have had a couple of meets that have used them that have been able to go for round 2 really as well. X |

I’m prescribed them on repeat. I had a testosterone deficiency (have to inject myself every week) it’s never got back to fully hard or what I think is fully hard.
They work great for me and recovery time is awesome. |

Mens Pharmacy on line are great, next day service and everything I’ve had from them is superb quality.
Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra so works exactly the same, if not better actually given they aren’t loaded with bulking agents.
Purchase the 100mg and break them in half for two 50mg hits; two/three hours apart and about six hours before your playtime is perfect timing (for me anyway).
I don’t get the headaches but I know others who do, they pop the blue with a couple of paracetamol at the same time which seems to work apparently but I’ve never needed it.
Forget over the counter, they either don’t work if herbal or cost an absolute fortune; Boots etc rely on people’s embarrassment or lack of knowledge to charge a fortune for pills you can buy for circa a quid on line.

Sildenafil ( brand name "Viagra" or "Viagra Connect" if bought over the counter ) was the first available and probably still a good first choice, 25mg tablets don't do much so start with the 50mg dose. If you snap a 100mg tablet in half then you'll need to use both halves within a few hours ( the pill's no longer moisture proof which affects the potency ). As others have said if you don't generally need it you won't benefit much from taking it.
I only use it when Jayne and I go out to a club, 50mg on arrival and maybe another 50mg after four hours or so. Side effects like headache and heartburn can be minimized by taking sufficient water.
The 'giveaway' side effect is the facial flushing that many men experience. ( As anyone who's ever seen David Perry's bright red face in a post-millenium porn loop would agree! ) |

Red packet herbal ones labelled as extra strong work every time, only downside is that they raise your blood pressure and the side effects from that |

£5 gets you £10 that the so-called "herbal" stuff contains something other than herbs, especially if you get unwanted effects. A research team once went around the "Chinese Medicine" outlets in Soho and analysed the stuff they were handing out.
Almost all of the "traditional medicines" were adulterated with Western medicines, the eczema ointments were packed with prescription steroids, the "Blue Pill" knockoffs actually contained sildenafil (Viagra or something similar).
You're better off sticking to licensed medicines, they are dirt cheap thesedays if you source them from online pharmacies. |
